- These are asking prices set by advertisers, not closing prices of transactions.
- Data month: October 2026. Updated with the listings of each month.
- A figure is published only with at least 5 comparable listings; with fewer, the canton is left out.
- The yield is gross: twelve months of rent over the sale price, before costs, HOA fees, taxes and vacant months.
- It is computed per property type (apartments and houses) and never across types, which would skew it.
