Yes. Agent Free costs nothing for as long as you want: up to 5 active listings, your public agent page, buyer inquiries, messaging, showing requests and reviews.

No. You create your account and publish on Agent Free without a card. We only ask for one when you subscribe to a paid plan or buy a featured placement.

Yes. You cancel from Plan and billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can change your mind and keep it any time before that date. After it, your account goes back to the free limits.

When you reach your plan's limit you cannot publish another listing until you upgrade or pause one. If your plan changes to one with a lower limit, the listings above it are paused, never deleted. You can reactivate them when you upgrade or free up space.

Online payments are opening soon. Until then you can reserve a paid plan from this page or from your dashboard: leave your details and we will tell you the moment you can subscribe. The new limits and tools apply as soon as your plan is active.

A Featured Credit pays for a featured placement instead of your card. Agent Pro includes 2 every month and Brokerage includes 5 every month. Featured Listing takes 1 credit; the other placements are paid by card, which is opening soon. Plan credits are granted each calendar month and do not roll over to the next one.

Yes. A placement never needs a subscription: from $3.99 for 7 days, for any agent, including on Agent Free. Card payments are opening soon; until then you can reserve one from your listing.

No. The prices on this page do not include IVA. 15 % IVA is added at checkout and appears as its own line on every invoice.

Yes. Brokerage includes 3 agent accounts. Each additional agent costs $10 per month and is added to your subscription automatically when they join, prorated for the days left in the period.

Yes, once online payments open (they are opening soon). You will switch from Plan and billing, and before you confirm you will see exactly what will be charged: a credit for the unused days of your current period and the price of the new one.

Your founding price holds for your first 12 months while you stay subscribed. After that your subscription moves to the regular price, and we let you know 14 days before. Changing your billing period changes this: the founding price then holds for one period of the new billing at most, and you see the exact date before you confirm. A founding price is offered once per account: if your subscription ends, it is not offered again.
