The Yellow Page is Ecuador's real-estate platform: houses, apartments, land and commercial property for sale and for rent, a directory of agents and brokerages with identity and credential checks, a free property valuation, market prices by city and a community of agents and neighbours. It works in Spanish and English.

Yes. Searching and viewing properties, checking market prices and contacting an agent cost nothing, and you do not need an account to search. With a free account you can also save favourites and searches with alerts.

There are three verification levels, each checked on its own: identity (national ID or passport), professional credential (SENESCYT degree, ACBIR membership or municipal licence) and, for brokerages, the business (RUC and SRI certificate). The Yellow Page team reviews the documents, which are never published, and each approved level shows as a badge on the profile.

All of Ecuador: Quito, Guayaquil, Cuenca, Manta, Cumbayá and any other province, canton or parish. You can search as a list or on the map, for sale or for rent.

Yes. Create an owner account ("I own a property and want to list it"), complete your profile with your name and phone, and list up to 3 active properties for free. Your listings carry the "Direct owner" label.

Use the free valuation: from the location, type, area and a few details it estimates the sale value and the monthly rent from comparable properties in your area.
